Bronwyn R Sciarrino
Founder of Elite Private Recovery RN
Bronwyn R Sciarrino is founder of Elite Private Recovery RN which caters to the plastic and reconstructive surgery patient in their postoperative phase. She and her team provide private one-on-one recovery care to facelift, abdominoplasty,liposuction, breast aug/pexy/reduction surgery, BBL, and all breast reconstructive patients in the NYC area.
Bronwyn has been a registered nurse for 13 years, 11 of which have been in Manhattan. She has worked as a PACU RN the majority of her career. She was a frequent charge nurse of the main PACU at the Hospital for Special Surgery and also assisted in the opening of their current 5th floor step down/ICU unit. Later she worked at NYP Weill-Cornell in the main PACU also frequently a charge nurse until accepting a job at Lenox Hill in 2015 as the main PACU Manager.
Currently she manages one of Memorial Sloan Kettering’s plastic surgeons outpatient practice. She has been with MSK for over 5 years specializing in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
Throughout the past 11 years she additionally has taken care of private cosmetic plastic surgery patients as a side job. She grew a love for one-on-one patient care and grew a love for plastic surgery. She decided now is the time to take the always “word of mouth” business to a new platform with her business partner and co-founder Ciara Geraghty.
For fun she loves to travel, spend time with family and figuring out all life has to offer.
Ciara Geraghty

Ciara Geraghty is the co-founder of Elite Private Recovery RN which caters to the plastic and reconstructive surgery patient in their postoperative phase. She and her team provide private one-on-one recovery care to facelift, abdominoplasty, liposuction, breast aug/pexy/reduction surgery, BBL and all breast reconstructive patients in the NYC area.
Ciara has been a RN for 24 years, the last 20 in ambulatory and cosmetic surgery. She has worked preoperative, postoperative and also in the operating room. Currently she works at Manhattan Eye Ear and Throat hospital. Ciara has also worked on private cases since 2002. Together with Bronwyn Sciarrino, they have been caring for cosmetic and reconstructive patients in NYC.
Ciara is married and a mom of 2, in her spare time she enjoys reading and traveling.
Our Team
Our team of registered nurses is highly trained and experienced, with an average of 15 years in the field. Most of our nurses are nationally certified in plastic surgery nursing (CPSN) or another affiliate. They specialize in post-operative care and will work closely with you to ensure your recovery is as comfortable and safe as possible. They will also teach you how to care for yourself during recovery.
